Artwork:
The basic rule is: The better the artwork the better the finished result. Although artwork can be scanned from a business card or letterhead, a larger, sharper image will generally result in a better digitising. A Jpeg file is the preferred format .
If you have your logo in a file format you can e-mail us the image. If we need to scan the image and convert it to digital format please mail us the logo. In all but the most simple of logos, faxed images do not maintain enough detail to be accurately reproduced. If you need further assistance, please email or call us on (07) 3848 0547

Colours:
Please specify the colours you desire in your logo. We have a huge selection of threads to choose from and we can usually match your needs. Remember, colours will vary with dye lots and shade variations should be expected. Although there is a virtually limitless number of colours that can be used in an embroidered image, most logos do not exceed 6 or 8 different colours. 

Digitising / Setup
Before a logo can be embroidered it must be digitised. Digitising is a computer process that generates the machine commands that tell the embroidery machine when and where to sew which type of stitch and with which colour. Digitising is a one-time charge based on the number of stitches in the final design and the complexity of the artwork. You will be quoted for each design that requires digitising.

Once we receive your approval, we will send you a sewn sample of the logo, normally in 2-3 business days or less. On receiving your approval, we will schedule your garments into production. You will be advised when your order is ready. Orders are normally completed within 2-5 business days of approval. Remember , we work to your delivery schedule. Just tell us when you need your order and it will be ready for you.
